  • answer and route calls through AI agents;
  • create transcripts, summaries, intake records, and workflow records;
  • send emails, booking links, notifications, and follow-ups;
  • support phone numbers, call transfers, outbound calls, and related communications;
  • provide customer support and troubleshoot issues;
  • process billing, subscriptions, usage, and overages;
  • secure, monitor, debug, and improve the platform;

  • enforce our Terms of Service;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized use.

3. AI Processing

Revox may process call content, transcripts, prompts, knowledge sources, and intake information using AI models and third-party AI infrastructure to provide the service.

AI processing may generate outputs such as summaries, classifications, extracted fields, suggested next steps, transcripts, call records, and intake records. These outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by the user.

4. Call Recordings and Transcripts

If enabled, Revox may record, transcribe, summarize, and analyze calls. Users are responsible for providing all legally required notices and obtaining any legally required consent for call recording, transcription, monitoring, and AI processing.

5. Communications Data, SMS, and Consent

If you use Revox for calls, outbound calls, SMS, booking links, campaigns, or follow-ups, we may process the contact information and communication content needed to provide those services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in or text messaging consent data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may share such information with carriers, aggregators, messaging providers, telecom providers, and service providers as necessary to provide messaging and communications services.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • service providers that help us provide hosting, voice, SMS, email, AI processing, analytics, payments, security, and support;
  • telecom carriers, messaging providers, aggregators, and infrastructure providers;
  • payment processors;
  • integration providers you choose to connect;

  • parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets;

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide customer, prospect, caller, and insured information to Revox. Users are responsible for obtaining required consents for calls, recordings, AI voice communications, SMS, outbound campaigns, follow-ups, and data processing.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and support legitimate business purposes.

After cancellation or termination, access to the platform stops immediately. Data may be retained for a limited period for backup, legal, compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or operational purposes unless deletion is required by law or agreed in writing.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
