Campaigns let your agency place multiple outbound AI calls from one campaign setup.

You can upload a CSV file of contacts, choose the purpose of the campaign, create or reuse a script, and launch personalized calls in one click.

Campaigns are useful for workflows such as: - Policy renewal outreach - Cancellation follow-up - Appointment reminders - Expiration-date outreach - Payment reminders - Quote follow-up - Missing-information requests - General customer communication

Each contact can receive a personalized call using information from their CSV row.

For example, a script can reference a customer's first name, policy type, policy number, appointment date, or expiration date.
