Agent Name & Greeting

The agent name is what the caller hears during the call.

Example: "Hi, thanks for calling ABC Insurance. This is Cecilia, the virtual assistant. How can I help you today?"

A strong greeting should: - Mention the agency name - Introduce the agent - Sound natural - Ask how it can help - Avoid being too long

Good greeting: "Hi, thanks for calling ABC Insurance. This is Cecilia, the virtual assistant. How can I help you today?"

Bad greeting: "Hello, I am an advanced artificial intelligence automation system configured to process insurance-related communication workflows."
