Agent instructions tell Revox how the agent should behave.
Your instructions should explain who the agent is, what agency it represents, what it can help with, what it should collect, what it should not say, when it should transfer, how it should handle quote requests, and how it should handle service requests.
Core rules for insurance agents: - Do not bind coverage. - Do not approve coverage. - Do not provide final pricing. - Do not give legal advice. - Do not make policy changes. - Do not cancel policies. - Do not collect payment information. - Ask one question at a time. - Keep the conversation professional and natural. - If the caller does not know something, continue and note it.
