A service request is created when an existing customer calls about something related to their policy or account.

Examples include: - Add driver - Remove driver - Add vehicle - Remove vehicle - Address change - Billing question - Proof of insurance - Certificate request - Cancellation request - Renewal question - Policy change request - Callback request - General service issue

Revox does not make policy changes. It collects the request and sends it to your team for review.

A service request can include caller details, insured name, policy type, policy number, request type, summary, detailed notes, urgency, follow-up preference, documents needed, and status.
