Create Your First Agent
Creating Agents
To create your first Revox agent, go to the Agents section and click Create Agent.
You will choose: - Agent name - Voice - Welcome message - Instructions - Enabled workflows - Transfer settings - Knowledge sources - Languages
A simple first agent can be called Cecilia, Paige, Alex, Revox Agent, or ABC Insurance Assistant.
Your agent should sound professional, helpful, and clear. It should not pretend to be human. It should explain that it is a virtual assistant when appropriate.
