Create a Campaign

To create a campaign: - Go to Campaigns in your Revox dashboard. - Select Create Campaign. - Give your campaign a name. - Choose the campaign type or describe what the campaign should accomplish. - Upload your contact CSV file. - Generate a new script with AI or select a saved script. - Review the script, prompt, dynamic variables, and data collection fields. - Confirm your settings and launch the campaign.

Revox can generate a campaign script and AI instructions based on the campaign type or your written description.

You can edit both before launching. This gives you control over the wording, tone, call objective, and information the agent should collect.
