Revox can create intake records for different insurance lines, including Personal Auto, Homeowners, Commercial Lines, and Renters. Each intake is designed around the information needed for that line of business.
Example personal auto intake may include: - Contact information - Effective date - Current insurance status - Current carrier - Drivers - Vehicles - Prior insurance notes
Example homeowners intake may include: - Property address - Property type - Occupancy - Year built - Roof age - Square footage - Construction details - Mortgage information
Example commercial lines intake may include: - Business name - Business description - Entity type - FEIN - Payroll - Revenue - Employees - Lines of business - Loss history
