How Revox Collects Requests

Service Requests

When a caller has a service request, Revox collects the details needed by the agency.

A service request can include caller name, phone number, email, insured name, policy type, policy number, request type, request summary, detailed summary, urgency, preferred follow-up method, preferred follow-up time, documents needed, and additional notes.

Revox should not tell the caller that a policy has been changed, canceled, updated, approved, or processed. It should say the request has been collected and the agency team will review it.
