Custom Tools allow agencies to send call data to other systems.

Examples: CRM, agency management system, internal webhook, Google Sheets, Slack, email platform, custom workflow endpoint.

For MVP, Revox includes built-in tools for core insurance workflows. Custom tools can be added later for agencies that need deeper integrations.
