Adding Languages
Multilanguage Agents
To add languages, select the languages your agent should support.
Each language can have a language code, translated first message, language-specific settings, and optional translated instructions.
For Spanish, the agent might greet the caller with: "Hola, gracias por llamar. ¿Cómo puedo ayudarte hoy?"
Language support helps agencies serve clients who may prefer to speak in a language other than English.
