Service Requests

The Service Requests tab shows incoming requests in one place.

Recommended table columns: Request Type, Client Name, Policy Type, Urgency, Status, Created Date, Assigned To.

Statuses can include: New, In Review, Waiting on Client, Completed, Closed.

Each service request detail page should show caller info, summary, policy information, follow-up details, source call, and transcript. This gives your team a clear work queue for service-related calls.
