Transfers allow Revox to move a caller to another destination.
There are two main transfer types.
Agent to Human Transfer — Revox can transfer a caller to a human team member when the conversation needs licensed support, personal attention, or escalation. Examples: caller wants to speak to a licensed agent, caller is upset, caller has an urgent request, caller asks for pricing or coverage advice, caller needs a human decision.
Agent to Agent Transfer — Revox can transfer a caller to another specialized AI agent. Examples: main agent transfers quote caller to quote intake agent, main agent transfers existing customer to service request agent, English agent transfers Spanish caller to Spanish-speaking agent, general agent transfers claims question to claims triage agent.
Transfers help keep the call experience clean while still routing callers to the right workflow.
