Before going live, test your agent with realistic calls.

Test scenarios: - "I need an auto quote." - "I want homeowners insurance." - "I own a business and need general liability." - "I need to add a vehicle." - "I need proof of insurance." - "I have a billing question." - "Can I speak to someone?" - "Do you speak Spanish?" - "I want to cancel my policy." - "I had an accident."

After testing, review whether the agent understood the caller, asked one question at a time, collected enough information, avoided giving advice, created the right record, sent the right email notification, and transferred correctly when needed.
