Campaign scripts can be saved and reused for future campaigns.
A saved script includes the campaign call script and its AI instructions. This makes it easy to repeat common workflows without rebuilding the campaign from scratch.
Examples of reusable scripts include: - Auto renewal reminder - Homeowners renewal reminder - Policy expiration outreach - Appointment reminder - Quote follow-up - Payment reminder - Cancellation save attempt - Missing-document request
When creating a new campaign, you can choose a saved script and update it as needed before launching.
You can also create a new script with AI by selecting a campaign purpose or writing a short description of what you want the calls to accomplish.
