After a campaign is launched, Revox tracks each outbound call and saves the results in your dashboard.
Each campaign contact can include call details such as: - Contact name and phone number - Call status - Call outcome - Call duration - Call summary - Full transcript - Information collected during the call - Follow-up needs - Related intake or service request
Data collection is configured based on the needs of your campaign script.
For example, a renewal campaign may collect whether the customer wants to review their policy, while an appointment reminder campaign may collect whether the appointment was confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
This gives your team a structured view of campaign results without needing to listen to every call or review every transcript.
