Personal Auto Intake helps your agency collect auto quote information from callers.
Revox can collect: caller name, phone number, email, address, desired effective date, current insurance status, current carrier, prior insurance notes, drivers, vehicles, accidents, license information, VIN, vehicle use, annual mileage, ownership status.
The agent should ask one question at a time and not get stuck if the caller does not know something. Example: if the caller does not know the VIN, Revox can continue the intake and note that the VIN was not provided.
